Home Delivery Network Limited (HDNL), one of the UK's largest home delivery and collection providers, purchased through its subsidiary company Parcelpoint Limited the domestic B2B and B2C businesses of DHL Express (UK) Limited in June 2010. The new corporate identity for HDNL and Parcelpoint is Yodel.

HDNL was formed in 2005 as part of The Littlewoods Shop Direct Group and was run as a separate company. It separated from Littlewoods Shop Direct Group in May 2008. It expanded its network throughout Northern Ireland in September 2006 and delivers express parcels for over 120 retailers.

In 2009, its revenues were £365.87m.
