The Air France-KLM Group, headquartered in France, is one of the largest airlines in the world. The Group's core business is passenger transportation but its activities also include cargo, aeronautics maintenance and other air-transport related activities, including principaly caterings and charter services.

The group operates through three core businesses: passenger, cargo and maintenance. Its route network is organised around the hub airports at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol. Both subsidiaries, Air France and KLM, are members of the SkyTeam Alliance. Air France-KLM Cargo is the dedicated air cargo business of Air France-KLM.

In 2011, Air France-KLM reported revenues of €24.36bn. The cargo division contributed €3.14bn.
