Royal Jordanian Airlines Co PLC, formerly known as Alia, is a Jordan-based national air carrier company, which covers global destinations.
The Company operates a fleet of Airbus and Boeing freighters dedicated to carrying cargo, which serve the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. Its operations are carried out from Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) in Amman Jordan.
Royal Jordanian is a member of the oneworld alliance. It owns a subsidiary, Royal Wings, which operates chartered flights from Amman Civil Airport in Marka and it also holds capital shares in Jordan Airline Training and Simulation Limited, Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited, Alpha and Royal Jordanian Air Academy.
