MRS Logística (MRS) is a concessionary that operates the south-east Federal Railroad Network in Brazil.  It interconnects the states of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and São Paulo, as well as linking several ports including the ports of Sepetiba and Santos.  MRS' activities focus on general rail cargo transportation, such as ore, cement and steel products, as well as integrated logistics solutions.

Shareholders are Mieracoes Brasileiras Reunidas (MBR), Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN), Nacional Mineros, Usiminas, Vale and Gerdau.

Revenue in 2010 was R$2.5bn.
