Penske Logistics

Penske Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Penske Truck Leasing, which was founded in 1969.  In 1988, General Electric became a limited partner in Penske Truck Leasing with Penske Corporation.  Penske Logistics became a division of Penske Truck Leasing in 1995 with the acquisition of Leaseway Logistics.

Its global network consists of a dedicated fleet of 4,000 vehicles, 15m sq ft of warehousing and cross docking space, and 400 logistics centres throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Penske Logistics offers a range of supply chain management and logistics services to industrial and consumer companies, including transportation (including intermodal by rail and water), warehousing, international forwarding, and carrier-management services.  It also offers customised services including sequencing, line-side feeding, subassembly, kitting and local engineering,

The company has clients in industries including automotive, consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, diversified manufacturing, retail, chemical, publishing and packaging, as well as high technology and electronics.
