Imperial Logistics International GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Imperial Holdings Limited in South Africa.  It is responsible for the management and control of the entire logistics business of the Imperial Holdings Group. The Imperial Logistics International Group headquartered in Duisburg, Germany, employs some 3,400 persons. It manages the following four logistics services providers and their subsidiaries and affiliates:

1. Imperial Reederei, Europe's leading inland shipping company
2. Panopa, the customised logistics services provider
3. neska, the Rhine terminal operator
4. Brouwer, specialised in chartering and freighting services

The international networks operated by these companies enable Imperial Logistics International to offer customised logistics solutions.  The global logistics services provided by Imperial Holdings International range from complex warehousing and distribution projects to made-to-measure water, air and land transport.
