Prior to 2010, Toll Group was segmented into three operating divisions: Toll Australia / New Zealand, Toll Asia and Toll Global Forwarding. Following restructuring in 2009, Toll Asia is no longer a separate division and its activities have been merged into six divisions created at the start of 2010.Toll Asia was created after the company previously known as SembCorp Logistics, was acquired by Toll in 2006. Based in Singapore, it operated an extensive logisitcs network across the area, and provided supply chain solutions to companies in the consumer goods, retail, healthcare, automotive, high tech and industrial markets.
