Birkart Globistics, founded in Germany in 1877, is global logistics provider. Birkart Globistics operate from London, Manchester and Nottingham. It provides stock management, pick and pack operations and just in time deliveries for a range of commodities. As a subsidiary company of Thiel Logistik, Birkart Globistics was rebranded as Logwin from July 1, 2008.
In 2002 Thiel Logistics acquired Birkart Globistics while the Birkart Fairs and Events division was acquired by Kuhne & Nagel.
There are over 350 group offices around the world and 120 Birkart offices
The UK branches of Birkart Globistics Ltd were established in 1976, and still see Germany as a speciality within their portfolio of services.
