Logista is the logistics and distribution operator in Spain and Portugal, which in 2008, was acquired by Imperila Tabacco Group.

Logista was created from the spin-off of the distribution division of Tabacalera (now Altadis) and its subsequent merger with Midesa, which took place in July 1999. Logista has shareholding stakes in the airline Iberia. The acquisition of the Burgal group, which operates under the brand names INTEGRA2, NACEX and OPELOG, has brought additional services, moving into those of industrial deliveries at ambient temperature, express parcels and messenger services and specialised logistics operations.

In 2008, its revenues were €771.6bn.
