Intereuropa is an integrated logistics services provider whose core operations concern freight forwarding by road, rail, sea and air. It is headquartered from Koper, Slovenia.
Intereuropa was set up in 1947 as a limited liability company. From 1965 to 1990, Intereuropa opened branches across former Yugoslavian countries. In 1995 the company floated and its shares were listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in 1998. Over the following years the company expanded its service from customs broker and road haulier into an international logistics group offering a wide range of services.
In 2011 the company recorded revenues of €211.9m.
