Kerry EAS Logistics (KEAS) was established in 1985 as a joint venture between Hua Tong Industrial Development (75%) and EAS Datong Air Cargo (25%). Kerry EAS (KEAS) became a subsidiary of Kerry Logistics Network Limited (Kerry Logistics) in 2004 when Kerry Properties (owner of Kerry Logistics) acquired a controlling stake of 70% in EAS for CNY380m.

KEAS acts as Kerry Logistics' main operating subsidiary in China. In addition to its primary service, freight forwarding, the company also provides warehousing, distribution and express services.

In 2007, its revenues were HK$3.6bn.
