Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) is a services company providing mobility and logistics solutions. 

Following the restructuring that took place in 2008, Deutsche Bahn Group (DB Group) has been organised into nine business units. Deutsche Bahn AG (DBAG) manages the DB Netze Track, DB Netze Energy and DBNetze Stations business units directly. The remaining six business units are under the management of fully owned subsidiary, DB Mobility Logistics AG (DB ML AG). DBAG and DB ML AG both function as management holding companies that lead the Group. Both corporations share the same Chairman of the Board of Management and CFO.

In 2010, it had revenues of €34.41bn.
