The company operates from 12 Logistics warehouses, 22 transit Hubs, 79 Provincial Warehouses, 55 Transit Offices for distribution and a total of 242 franchises in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
In 2007, its revenues were €864bn.
In 2008, Grupo Logista has been acquired by Imperila Tabacco Group.
History
Logista was created from the spin-off of the distribution division of Tabacalera (now Altadis) and its subsequent merger with Midesa, which took place in July 1999. Logista has shareholding stakes in the airline Iberia. The acquisition of the Burgal group, which operates under the brand names INTEGRA2, NACEX and OPELOG, has brought additional services, moving into those of industrial deliveries at ambient temperature, express parcels and messenger services and specialised logistics operations.
