September - Fenway Partners, a leading middle market private equity firm, announced an agreement to partner with RoadLink's senior management team and acquire RoadLink USA, Inc., the leading national independent intermodal trucking service provider. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fenway is well known as an active investor in the transportation and logistics sector. It acquired RoadLink USA through its most recent private equity fund, Fenway Partners Capital Fund III. The acquisition represents the first investment by this fund, and Fenway's fourteenth investment overall in the transportation and logistics sector.

Fenway Partners percieve RoadLink USA as a profitable, market-leading business with significant potential in a dynamic industry. It has demonstrated a history of strong revenue growth, making it a perfect match with Fenway's investment approach.

Intermodal trucking is a unique market niche that has experienced significant growth in recent years.
