Brief Profile
Green Reefers ASA, formerly Nomadic Shipping ASA, operates in the international reefer market with specialised refrigerated vessels.
The group was traditionally a fully integrated shipping group with in-house departments handling chartering, operations, technical management and terminal activities.
However, in 2010, due to financial pressures, Green Reefers restructured itself as a supplier of vessels to other operators. It still carries out technical management through its subsidiary in Poland, and it wholly or partially owns five terminals across Europe.
In 2010, its revenues were US$148.2m.
