January - i-Logisitic Corp has changed its corporate name to ITOCHU Logistics Corp. effective January 1, 2010.

i-Logistics Corporation was headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and provides general logistics services. The Company operated in three business segments:

  1. International Logistic - engaged in the storage and transportation of maritime cargos and air cargos, the preparation of export and import documents, as well as the arrangement of clearance and shipment. The segment was also involved in the harbour transportation business through its subsidiary.
  2. National Logistic - provided storage for deposited cargos through warehouses, the cargo handling business, the land transportation business and the operation of logistics centres, as well as the sale of goods.
  3. Real Estate Leasing - leasing and management of land and buildings.

The Company had 16 subsidiaries and 5 associated companies.

In 2007, the company had revenues of ¥59.91bn.
