Rhenus is a privately owned German logistics company with businesses serving the automotive, chemical and retail and air-freight sectors.

Effective January 1 2008, Rhenus stated that all its Dutch companies bearing the name 'TMI' would start operating under the international Rhenus brand "in order to further strengthen the position of the new group in the Netherlands". Specifically, TMI Holding, TMI Integrated Logistics, TMI Logistics Accounting and TMI ICT Services would respectively change their names to Rhenus, Rhenus Contract Logistics, Rhenus Accounting and Rhenus ICT Services.

The organisation in the Netherlands would not change and other companies, including: Road Air, Copex, KDS Cargo, Skylink Handling Services and Speed, would continue to operate under their own brand name.

In 2009 the company had revenues of €2.7bn.
