Darfeuille was acquired by Christian Salvesen in January 2001 and today represents the French industrial division of the group.

Darfeuille offers French nationwide timed distribution services, comprising transportation and warehousing functions on a shared-user and dedicated services for a broad range of manufacturers:

  • Distribution: warehousing, transportation and pallet distribution.
  • Value added services: packing, labelling, inbound product replenishment, consolidation, break bulk and cross docking.
  • Advanced IT: interface with client systems, proprietary web-enabled transport network systems; warehouse and inventory control systems.
The network covers 95% of France and comprises some 20 depots and 6 warehouses.  New facilities are planned that will enable the company to develop business between France and Italy.
