Hyundai Merchant Marine Co. Ltd. is a Korea-based company providing shipping and logistics services. Headquartered in Seoul, Korea, the company operates under three main categories: container, bulk and terminal services. Its container services include container carrier transport through more than 40 sea routes and over 100 ports in the Trans-Pacific, Asia-Europe, Trans-Atlantic and Inter-Asia regions. Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) was founded in 1976 and is a multi-modal marine transportation company.

Operating across many countries around the world with an estimated 150-strong fleet as well as 4 regional headquarters and 28 overseas subsidiaries its fleet includes full container carriers, LNG carriers, oil tankers, bulk carriers, and others and employs over 4,000 personnel.

Its bulk services include the transportation services of dry cargos, coal, iron ore and other related products to Australia, Brazil, Canada, the United States, South Africa, Indonesia and India.  In addition, the company offers the transportation service of liquefied natural gas. Its terminal services include port terminal operations and intermodal logistics.

In 2008, the company reported revenues of KRW8.003 trillion.
