MISC Berhad (MISC), a subsidiary of PETRONAS, is an international shipping line based in Malaysia. The principal business of the corporation consists of ship-owning, ship management and other related logistics and maritime transportation services.

The company is organised into four business segments:

  • Energy-related shipping, engaged in the provision of liquefied natural gas (LNG) services, petroleum tanker services, operation and maintenance of offshore floating facilities
  • Other shipping, which offers chemical tanker services and dry bulk carrier services
  • Integrated liner logistics, which comprises liner services, haulage, trucking, and warehousing and agency businesses
  • Non-shipping, which is engaged in shipbuilding, repairing and heavy engineering works, fleet management services, marine education and training, and other diversified businesses.
In 2010 the group reported revenues of RM12.3m.
