Brief Profile
Founded in 1971, trans-o-flex, is a logistics group based in Germany and active throughout Europe. It offers an express delivery service in Germany with a full-coverage network for transporting parcels and pallets (combi-freight). It also provides services including the transportation of large quantities of hazardous materials and international transport through its Eurodis network which provides delivery services throughout Europe.
Since 2008, Austrian Post had been sole shareholder in trans-o-flex, however in 2012 PostNL acquired the Belgian and Dutch activities of the company.
In 2011, the company had revenues of approximately €550m.
