Aramex is a United Arab Emirates-based public joint stock company that offers freight, express, logistics, e-commerce, records management and supply chain solutions. It operates primarily in the Middle East, but also has a growing presence in other parts of the world.

Unique in the express industry, Aramex operates an asset-light business model.

Aramex was established in 1982 as an express operator. In 1997 it was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange before returning to private ownership in 2002. In 2005 Arab International Logistics PJSC (AIL) was founded and listed on the Dubai Financial Market. Later that year it acquired Aramex and became known as Arab International Logistics Company (Aramex).

In 2012, Aramex reported revenues of AED3.1bn.
