Universal Truckload Services Inc. (UTSI), incorporated in December 2001, is an asset-light provider of transportation and logistics services to shippers throughout the United States and in regions of  Mexico and Canada.

UTSI provides dry van, flatbed, heavy haul, dedicated, refrigerated, shuttle and switching operations as well as full service domestic and international freight forwarding, customs clearance, final mile and ground expedite services. The company also offers truck brokerage services.

It conducts its operations through subsidiaries: Mason and Dixon Lines, Mason Dixon Intermodal, Economy Transport, Louisiana Transportation, Great American Lines and Universal Am-Can.

In 2012, the company acquired Linc Logistics Company (LINC) in a stock-for-stock transaction valued at approximately US$335m. 

Reported revenues for 2012 were $1,037m.
